How do I contact a provider?

Open their profile and tap the WhatsApp button. The chat opens in WhatsApp, directly between you and them.

How do I list my business?

In the app, go to Join, then List your business. Your listing is checked by our team before it appears. The first month is free.

How do I pay for my plan?

In the app, open My submissions and tap the button on your plan. Send the amount by Whish with your reference code and business name in the note, then tap "I've sent the payment".

How do I report a problem with a review or a listing?

Business owners can report a review from their own profile. For anything else, email us with the name of the business or event.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Join and tap "Delete my account". Your businesses, events, reviews, photos and notifications are deleted.
